Dr Tim Scheuerer

Member of the Board of Directors since April 2023.

Responsible for Sales and Marketing at Delfactis since July 2021. Dr Scheuerer holds a BA in Business Administration from DHBW Stuttgart and an MA in International Management from HAM Ismaning. His doctorate in cooperation with the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship shows how established banks need to innovate their business model and expand it into a platform model in order to fulfil.

After working in Sales Controlling at Allianz, Dr Scheuerer joined Deutsche Bank in 2014 in Mid Cap Sales, and since 2019 as Head of Corporate Coverage in the Munich market area.

Manuela Neukam

Responsible for receivables and payment transactions at Delfactis AG since 2016. Ms Neukam studied business administration at the University of Bayreuth, specialising in finance and marketing. After graduating with a degree in business administration, she initially worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Finance and Organisation.

She then continued her professional career at Dresdner Bank AG, now Commerzbank AG, in the corporate lending business. For many years after that, she was responsible for the back office at a number of private financial service providers where she was a cooperation partner for a wide variety of credit and insurance institutions.

Dr Jan Scheffler

He has been the founding director of Delfactis AG since 2008.

Dr Scheffler studied and obtained his doctorate at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). He wrote his doctoral thesis on the accounting of risk management in banks (hedge accounting).

Before founding Delfactis, Dr Scheffler was managing director of medium-sized production companies (metal and plastics industry), where he was in charge of restructuring and realignment tasks and responsible for finance and sales. He began his career at The Boston Consulting Group, an international management consultancy, where he implemented numerous strategy and restructuring projects in industrial and service sectors over a period of ten years.

Martin Kötje

He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010.

Mr Kötje studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich and, after graduating with a Masters in Business Administration, he completed various international management programmes, including at the HEC.

Mr Kötje has held various management positions in international and listed companies. Purchasing management, as well as optimising financing structure, were both aspects of his role in equal measure, in addition to numerous company acquisitions and their corporate integration. He gained the first years of his more than 20 years of professional experience in various positions in auditing (Audit & Business Valuation) at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young in Hamburg.
